Delivery, Shipping & Pickup Policy

Hafner Florist provides local delivery throughout Sylvania, Toledo, and surrounding communities in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

For delivery addresses outside our local service area, we will send your order through a trusted florist in our professional network. We do not ship flowers, plants, gifts, or home goods through national parcel carriers.

Delivery availability and fees are determined by the recipient’s address and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Store Pickup

All products are available for pickup at our store. Pickup availability can be selected at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time are eligible for same-day delivery whenever scheduling and product availability allow. We will always do our best to accommodate same-day requests received after the cutoff, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Timing

Deliveries are made during normal delivery hours. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Orders fulfilled outside our local delivery area are completed by a trusted florist near the recipient. Delivery timing may vary by location and florist availability.

Recipient Availability & Redelivery

Please provide an accurate delivery address, recipient phone number, and any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order.

If we are unable to complete a delivery because the recipient is unavailable or the location cannot accept it, we will contact the sender when possible. Because many arrangements contain fresh flowers and other perishable materials, an unsuccessful delivery may need to be redelivered on the next available delivery day.
