While flowers and plants cannot be returned due to their perishable nature, we’ll gladly review your situation and offer a resolution. This may include an exchange or replacement arrangement. Custom orders, gift cards, personal care products, and sale items remain non-returnable. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 10 business days. Reach out anytime—we’re here to help.
